Office Administrator

The Office Administration position being offered will report directly to the National Sales Manager & Operations Manager.
Encompassing a wide range of activities, responsibilities & roles the main tasks required by the position include:

  • Responding to Customer Emails
  • Liaising with Corporate Travel Agent (Booking Exec Travel / Employee Travel)
  • Sales Calls & Follow-ups
  • Receiving & Processing Sales Orders
  • Managing & Preparing Company Reports
  • Providing Office Administration Assistance to the Directors
  • Performing Errands for Directors.
  • Competitor & Market Research
  • Data Entry & Product Management

Skills

  • While training will be provided, it would be both advantageous and recommended that you be equipped with knowledge of;
  • Microsoft Office (Heavy Word, Outlook & Excel Usage)
  • High Level of Professional Presentation in Emails & Customer Contact.
  • Highly Organised
  • Driven to accomplish tasks before deadlines
  • Experience with Odoo Enterprise Software or Other ERP preferred but not required.
  • Touch Typing
  • Intermediate Knowledge of IT & Computer Systems
  • Drivers License
  • Keen to Learn New Skills
  • Team Orientated

The position being offered is Long-Term Casual with Consistent & On-going Hours.
38 Hour Standard Week with additional hours where required to complete the role.

  • Preparing Corporate Documents

The Production & Warehousing position being offered will report directly to the Production Manager.
Encompassing a wide range of activities, responsibilities & roles the main tasks required by the position include:

  • Mixing and formulation of products
  • Dispatch of orders
  • Maintaining stock supplies
  • Making samples
  • Cleaning of warehouse
  • Pick up / drop off of raw materials
  • Deliveries
  • Production Administration
  • Manual handling

Must Have:

  • Manual drivers licence
