What is the difference between EPO100G® Glaze & EPO100C® Clear?
APC Formulate & Manufacture two different forms of clear epoxy resin. It's important you use the correct resin in order to ensure a successful outcome of your project. APC Clear Resin (EPO100C®) is used for high-build applications over 4mm. Such as repairs, mortar & casting. APC Glaze Resin (EPO100G®) is used for roll/pour on applications where the depth of the product is less than 4mm. Using EPO100C® in applications thinner than 4mm will result in adverse effects like Fish-eyeing and bubbling. Glaze in depths over 4mm can appear cloudy/foggy.
Can EPO100® Clear be applied directly to concrete?
For roll on applications, you should use Epoxy Glaze.
How long do I have to work with EPO100C®, should I allow the mix to stand?
All resins manufactured by All Purpose Coatings do not require a standing period in order to allow for the product to begin curing. Once Part A and Part B have been mixed, curing begins immediately. Working time is approximately 40 mins in the bucket depending on the humidity and temperature of the work area.
Does EPO100C yellow when exposed to sunlight?
Whilst Epoxy Glaze is an ultra-clear, low yellowing epoxy, exposure to sunlight will still cause the epoxy to yellow off. In order to prevent this you can apply a UV top coat such as; SPA60, SPA80 or Tetrathane®. Using such top coats will allow the system to be installed outside or inside. Yellowing is not limited to All Purpose Coatings range of epoxies and is a typical property of any manufactured resin system.

EPO100C® Clear is an industrial high performance,100% solids, two-part cycloaliphatic amine-cured epoxy resin manufactured by All Purpose Coatings Pty Ltd.
Designed, formulated and manufactured by All Purpose Coatings, EPO100C® is specifically designed to be used as a binder for epoxy mortar coving, concrete repairs, falls to waste, ramping, encapsulation & casting.
When used in compliance with the Technical Data Sheet EPO100C® will achieve a tensile strength (MPa) greater than concrete itself.
IMPORTANT - EPO100C Clear Epoxy should not be used as a roll coat system, for a roll coat system refer to EPO100G Clear Glaze.

Spread Rate: 1L / 1m2 = 1mm in depth
Casting: Maximum 10-15mm in depth without exceeding 15L per Pour
*Maximum 15L mix is advised for large pours. Substrate must be primed & sealed with EPO100C prior to conducting a pour.
* When completing a pour in stages the waiting time is around 2 - 3 hours or until it is firm/ is in the gel stage.
* DO NOT POUR MULTIPLE MIXES AS A SINGLE POUR All epoxies will reach a higher temperature when conducting larger pours.
* Read the TDS and SDS prior to use.
*Devices such as digital cameras,computer monitors, printers, and scanners produce colour differently. Therefore, the sample or product may not look exactly like the image that you see on your screen.
*Coverage rates for coatings are based on smooth dense surfaces. The surface texture and porosity of the concrete can vary considerably and allowances should be made for this.
